It is in perfect working condition and all parts spin / move freely. 
There is slight wear as this machine was used in an active casino.

On the top wheel you will see a Formula 1 car, Michael Schumacher Helmet and the word OUT. 

On the three wheels there are Michael Schumacher Helmets and Ferrari Formula 1 cars as well.

As it states on the back plate, this machine was built by Aruze Corp, November 1999.
